Personnel Administrator
Blizzard Entertainment Europe is looking for an experienced and motivated Personnel Administrator. The Personnel Administrator is in charge of all contractual documents regarding the employees. He/she is the privileged contact for the employees, their managers and the payroll department regarding legal and social issues.
Location: Velizy, France (southwest of Paris)
5 month work contract
Starting Date: June 2008
Reports to: HR Manager, France
Coordinates with:
- All HR team members
- Middle Management
- Payroll department
- Relocation agency
- Private healthcare company
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of the contracts process:
- preparation of contracts in French and in English for the foreign employees
- trial period renewals
- receipt of resignations
- addendums
- warnings
- Act as point of contact for the Payroll Department, the relocation agency and the private healthcare insurance company
- Advise on local law for foreign employees
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years experience as a HR generalist
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resources
- Fluent English and French
- Good knowledge of French employment law
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Autonomy and rigor are requested
